Cross Country

On friday we had cross country and the whole school was there also it had to go from year 1’s to 8’s and.Before we started we  had to listen to Mr Burt for some instructions and we had to. Follow some year 7’s also when Mr Burt slammed  two boards at a time then we had to run we also had to run around the cone’s and some people from spark and some teachers from our school also when people falls.Then others had to cheer for them.It was a fantastic and it was a sunny day.

When it was time for team 4 to walk to the starting line I was very nervous because I mate come last.Because last year I came last but I tried my best at the race I was lucky that I didn’t break my hamstring like derek.I was not nervous anymore because I was very brave.Also I was proud of Hikianalia because they tried there and I was in team yellow and when I almost made it to the finish line I felt more like a champion because people were cheering for me.

Derek Redmond's Is a runner and he is about to do are running race. Also I think that he feels strong that he will win the race.He done the olympics in 1992 and he is from Britain that also means that  he he British.

Derek ran half way and then stopped and broke his hamstring.He felt very disappointed that he didn’t  finish his running.He looked like he disappointed his dad and his country.

After derek hurt his hamstring his father ran up to him and help him up to the finish line.Then people walked up and tried to help but his dad pushed them away and he said that he will hop with him until they reach the finish line.

Katinka Houzzu is a Champion

I am Katinka Hosszu and I am a fast swimmer also I won the world's record and I am married to my coach.Also I came first and got a gold medal I love swimming and I am from Hungary it is almost like i'm hungry.I have brown eyes,brown, hair and I am the fastest female  at swimming  and I am strong also I have a tan I also.Have togs,cap,goggle’s.

I felt nervous and scared before the race.But during the race I  didn't feel nervous

any  more. I felt like a champion and the style of my swimming was diveing and cart wheel diveing.

I felt more like a champion,proud and I am also happy that I made my own world proud.Of me I am so Impressed off me and my husband also I am more proud of my husband for traning me.I am so happy and amzed because I am so so happy.

                

Olmpic rings

The ring’s repesent 5 continent’s which is Australia which is blue and black which is.Africa and yellow which is Aisa and did you know? That there are 207 nation’s also every.Flag has least one Olympic ring colour’s.Also the ring’s are joined together to show friend ship between nations.

Five nation’s that are gonna be at the Olympics are Australia,Africa,Amarica,Asia,Eroupe.So blue is for Australia and black is for Africa and red is for America and yellow is for Asia also green is for Eroupe.

Russia evgeniya kanaeva she has won 2 gold medals and  She dose gymnastics.Micheal phelps dose Swimming .He has  won 18 gold medals and 2 silver and 2 bronz.He is from.U,S,A.

The Olympic's

The Olympics are at Rio de janeiro  which is a city.That people or special people could hold the torch and run around  country’s.Then when they run then there will be a person waving at them.Then they will pass it over to another person then that person then that  other person will pass it all the way until it is at Rio.So that they could light up the fire that is a bit like one of the rings like the country’s.
