Being a good daughter is a good thing because you are always getting to move around doing chores anywhere and everywhere you go no matter where you go or where you are at those times.

One day Jenna , Kaiah , Jen , and Rina went for a girls road trip . Rina crashed into a tree we’ll she was driving and all the girls were dizzy . They ended up in a cave  laying down on the concrete. The next day they woke up so shocked to see a flying Boat that was a piece that came out of the top of the mountain. They all didn’t know what to do because they were still in shock . Only because they have never seen a flying boat ever in their lives. They ended up not knowing how to get back home . But luckily RInas car was there too so they started to drive but then they ran out of gas . They started to walk back to the cave and just laid down on the concrete where they were . Because Jen thought that if they went back to lay down where they first were they would end up back at home . But it didn’t even work until… The next morning the flying boat disappeared and jen went to push a rubber brick in the cave and a secret door opened once the door opened they entered through the door and they all walked in and saw another door they opened the door and ended up back in the car when they first crashed into a tree and ended up in the hospital with all their other friends and parents. After 2 weeks they got out of the hospital and they wanted to go on another girls road trip neck minute they ended up in the same situation and they lived happily ever after.

Ballerina narritive

Once upon a time there lived a really pretty girl named corona . Corona’s favorite hobby was ballet . She was also a very  talented girl . Her dream country shes always wanted to go to was France which is in (Paris) . Most of her favorite famous ballerina stars she looks up to lives in France like Diana Vishneva and Sylvie Guillem. Corona wishes she was just as good her both of them one day and wishes she was famous in France. Corona’s parents surprised her on her 11th birthday by signing up for ballet class. Once corona got surprised on her birthday she was very happy and was very excited to go into her first class on Monday. On a Monday morning Corona woke up and got ready for her first class, she was very excited. Once they arrived at Corona first ballet class she couldn’t wait to make new friends and learn how to do ballet. Corona went to meet her teacher (Tamara rojo) Corona really liked her teacher she thought she was very nice and caring. Coronas teacher introduced Corona to her new class . Miss Tamara told corona to go sit in between Anna pavlova and misty Copeland . As Corona went to sit by pavlova and misty they all began talking and laughing . Miss Tamara went through the instructions and rules for Corona and even gave her a tour of where to put her belongings. Miss Tamara booked a private class for Corona . Corona was feeling a bit sad because misty and Pav didn’t get to go with her . But Corona decided to ask miss Tamara if her friends could go with her . Miss Tamara said sure  so all three of the girls had a private class to go to for ballet . Miss Tamara booked the girls classes to 7:30 - 10:40. The girls when Corona told Pav and Misty that they have a private class they were very excited. So they began going to their classes . One day Corona got kidnapped by girls from her old ballet class because they were jealous  that Corona got a private ballet class so they decided to lock her away in an abandoned  house. Corona found out a way to escape the house and once she escaped the house she tried to find a vehicle to get to the   police station. When she arrived at the police station she told them what happened and the police took her back to her parents and they all lived happily ever after.

Museum Trip

At the Museum  we had to go in a group of four or three . Some of us even went in groups of 2 or 1 because their partners for the trip weren’t there at all. My partners were Delijah,Eden and Pisirina. When we arrived at the museum it looked bigger than the last time I was there, like when I was in year 5 or 6 . Although we had so  much fun looking at funny statues. My favorite highlight of the museum was the winter garden and the moa.

Genomics Fun Day

Today Glenn Brae and Glen Innes school intermediate came over to Pt England school to spend some time with us to learn about what we have learned about genomics. We all  had fun spending time with each other . My favorite highlight was mostly about how we all got together to do the quiz.

What it means to be a role model

What it means to be a good role model. Are you a good role model, do you show support, encourage & show respect to other people? In this explanation writing I am going to be explaining the reasons of what a good role model is & how a good role model sounds and acts.

Good role models are the types of people who encourage, motivate and respect other people. Good role models encourage others to never ever give up, they motivate people to strive and succeed, respect their peers and treat others the way they want to be treated. For example one of my role models is my mama. My mama has always encouraged and motivated me throughout my life at school. My mama has always encouraged me and told me that I should never give up with the things I do and achieve.

To me being a good role model is someone who is positive all the way, confident with all things in life and someone who is bubbly and funny. Role models are people who are positive, being positive is a big thing in being a role model. Being a role model you have to be confident and face the challenges in life. You may not always be happy with the things you do but it’s best to be positive all the time. My mother is another role model of mine because she is very confident with the things she does, she is positive most of the time and always shows happiness towards others.

A role model is someone who is hard-working, mature and self-talkative. Most of my role models are very hard-working and powerful women. They are very strong and mature and have  believed in themselves all the way. My last two role models would have to be my teachers Mrs Ilaoa and Mrs Sio. The reasons why they are my two role models are because they are very hard-working. They work hard, never give up and always try to teach us new things at school. Our class can be a handful or more sometimes but my two role model teachers are always strong and push us until we succeed.

So now that you’ve read my story about “Role Models” are you strong, powerful and motivational enough to be a good role model? Everyone has the strength to be a role model. So use your strength and become a better role model then you already are!

Frogs

When tane was tied  to the car he was crying in fear try to find a way out of the ropes . Trying to move around to cut the ropes to free himself. Well the mutts were just standing watching him cry in fear and scared  that they might kill him and catch him if he tries to escape.

Tane - Un free me I know we weren’t supposed to be here but I only came to look for some frogs to prove to my teacher that frogs weren’t extinct .



Mutts leader - We’ll you’ve chosen the wrong place to look for frogs - Plus frogs don’t even exist  so you have no proof because they were extinct back in the 90’s .



Tane - how would you know if you haven’t even seen one single frog .


Mutts leader - Don’t you even dare to answer me back .


Tane - Please just let me free I only wanted to look for frogs.


Mutts person 1 - Well master I think we should just let him free he’s only 12 years old . Were in our 20’s .




Mutts leader - I mean he did trespass by our territory so NO!.



Mutts person 2 - Master lets just let the poor boy go .


Mutts leader - fine but just don’t ever come near our territory or it will be worse.

My Genome Sequence
Our bodies are exceptionally clever. Even when we’re asleep, they’re doing all sorts of extraordinary things, like mending themselves. These things don’t happen by magic.
Deep inside our cells is a chemical called DNA. DNA acts like an instruction manual, controlling how our body works. These instructions are made up of four chemical letters that we call A, G, T and C. These repeat 6 billion times. That’s enough letters to take a whopping 57 years to read out aloud.
The complete set that makes you the unique and brilliant individual you are, is called your ‘Genome Sequence’. Around 99% of our sequences are the same. It’s the 1% that makes us all different, deciding everything from our height to our hair colour.
DNA is a bit like the computer code used to give robots instructions. Sometimes a glitch in the code, like a spelling mistake, will create individual differences. Most of the time this isn’t a problem. Sometimes it can even be an advantage. But if a glitch makes the instructions confusing, the robot might not be able to do things as it should. It’s the same with our DNA. Everyone has glitches, but some of us have glitches that cause health problems, because our body isn’t getting the right instructions. For instance, having a glitch in the DNA for your muscles might make you less strong. The only way to find that glitch, is to look closely at your genome sequence.

Good reason:
I think that school should start earlier and end later because you can have more time at school with your friends and also that you can finish off things that you haven't done.

Finish early/Finish late: I reckon kids should end late because they should learn their math,writing and reading. So when they get older they could go somewhere and all they will see is writing.


Best reason:
I think that school should end later because it is more time to do work and that you can learn more to get a good education when you grow up to build a better future
For you and your family.

School : School is where kids should learn how to read and also they should learn their maths because wherever the go they will see numbers and words like the road directions that  shows they where to go and it gives them clues to how to get to their direction to where their going .


 Finishing off work : Finishing off your work at school is important because you could get a better education and a better life and a better future for you and your family. Finishing of your work is important because you could get better  at doing your work and you also could start finishing of your work a lot more. Also finishing of your work could help you find you a work in the future and you could  also help your parents with things their stuck with .

Informative

 ( TOUR ) Tour is about going around to look at places you've never been to.Tour is also something like going on a bus to look at places or going with your family like a family trip. This year I went with my family and friends from church to tour around the south Island called CHRISTCHURCH. Christchurch was fun because we got to sleep at a flash marae and got to go around to other cities. My favorite was how we went to Queenstown and got to go on the skyline it was fun because there were go karts and a jelly belly shop full of jelly beans.

 ( CAMPOREE ) Camporee is something like going on a camp with your church to earn badges. Also competing in a marching competition to earn a trophy there are places like (1st 2sec and 3rd ) . Before Camporee we have to fundraise to get to our destination our first fundraiser was for going on an airplane and got to restaurants and also for other fun things like touring. If you read at the top that's what I mean or else like fundraising for booking hotels to sleep at . Because their is 24 of us we have to fundraise a lot to help us pay for everyone. Our fundraisers are sausage sizzles and car wash at our church most of the times.

 ( SCOUTS ) Scouts is something that I would prefer going to . Scout is also one of my favorite things because it's part of church . I'm in a scout called pathfinders it's a scout that can help you in the future and if you stuck in a forest and don't know how to find a way out . My scout is fun and makes me happy getting together with my close friends from church that I don’t really play and hang out with beside on Saturdays I only get to see them at church. Scout helps you to learn more about your wrongs and also to learn about the Bible and God. Scout is also cool because you could have time away from your surroundings you could go to relax and have fun with others like your family and friends.

 ( MARCHING COMPETITION ) Marching is fun and hard because you have to march alot and have to go directions it could only be fun sometimes when you in the mood . Most of the times im not in the right mood because im always sleepy and tired of marching everyday and seeing the same peoples faces every single day . Marching is not one of my favorite hobbies anymore because they wake you up in the morning at 5 to get sorted to go practice march for our competitions even though we always muck around and muck the marching up. Marching is alright is also got to be so perfect for the judges which I don't even really care about . My marching group well scout only lost once and have one the other marching competitions.

 ( INFORMATION ) Camporee is a camp that all seventh day churches go to . It's a camp about God well learning about God and Jesus and the ( HOLY BIBLE) to know about Adam and Eve and Noah and the ark. But really Camporee is a camp for scouts like Pathfinders . Pathfinder is a scout that learns how to march and to learn how to survive in the feature or like in the forest. Camporee is a camp that teaches us how to make fire and put the fire out and earning your badges . Like also learning how to swim . Build your own house out of sticks and tapoline. This is all the things you do at camporee too Water activities and dry activities.

On Thursday the 9th of May. ( Jannah & Tony )

Last term ( Jannah ) came this time she came along with another friend to talk more about Attitude .

Like Being yourself ,Being friendly,Being responsible for your own self and stuff. Also more thing like remembering your bestfriends name or also like remembering your best friend handshake.

They also showed us a video about a men going around saying kind compliments to other people.

( Example ) Like if someone says like eww you have the most ugliest shoes in the world and someone else comes and say it's alright you have nice shoes.

After (  Tony and Jannah ) Showed us the video they had to pick 6 contestants they had to say something nice about the teachers and the other 3 had to be the judge.

 They got to rate how many points each person gets when they say something like if they say something funny they will get 5 points

Five points is the highest amount and ( Beathan got 15 which was the most.

Australia  is the most coolest and most relaxing  country in the world for me though . I reckon that Australia is nice and it's not that racist . I only like Australia because my “AUNTY” and her family’s over there and my GRANDAD is over there too. Also because I love kangaroos their so cute. I wish I could go over some day to meet my Grandad and get to know about him more. My Aunty I only miss her a little bit only because she comes over with her family down to New zealand to visit us so she won’t forget about me . Oops yea my family’s to.

Fiona is a actor she acted in a movie called THE CASKETTERS. Last but not least Mrs Jason he is very close with Mrs Tela’s husband they are very very very close with each other they grew up together went to the same school together and they are still best friends till this very they.Anyways they were all cool and i also forgot to tell yous that Fiona is also part of Mrs Telea’s family Fiona is Mrs Telea ’s sister they are only one year apart  she only has one son he is 19 year old .

So today is Friday the 29th of march 2019.We had a really nice and gentle girl come over today to talk to our space about ATTITUDE TALK.She was also telling us about how she made friends and how she lost her friends. Ohhhh yea did I even tell you her name well now you can know her name is Jannah . She was also talking about her favorite things she was also telling us about her too older brothers and how they are together. Jannah also had a best friend they were very close until they met a girl named Ocean she joined  Jannah and her best mate one day Jannah’s best friend and ocean decided to not be friends with Jannah anymore so Jannah had to go and find new friends. Jannah started to join sports and other new things that involved people.
