Moving around

Moving around - how has it changed over time?

We have drawn some pictures that show how transport has changed over time.    

  1. Here is a link to images of your drawings.
    1. Create a new Google drawing.  Name: Picture dictation.
    2. Insert your 2 images into this drawing.
  2. Make a copy of this template.  Rename.
    1. Using your pictures and keywords, write 1-2 sentences to describe each drawing and how people moved around at that time.
    2. Here are some words to support your writing:

What do I do when I’ve finished my writing?
1.
Read your writing carefully to check that it makes sense.
2.
Read your writing again to check capital letters and full stops.
3.
Read your writing to a buddy.  Does it make sense to them?
4.
Publish on your blog with:

  • A screenshot of your photos. (Size = XL; Align = left)

  • Your writing: copy and paste the text from each box under the screenshot.

  • A personal title.

  • Labels: 2017, Room 9, inquiry, moving around, now that’s thinking, picture dictation,
5.
Choose a buddy from our Maths class.  Write a quality blog comment about their picture dictation.
